A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Go-To-Market Strategy : Develop a Strategic Go-to-Market Plan for Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and market conditions.

Standardized Picture of Success : Implement the 5Ps framework (Portfolio, Price, Placement, Promotion, POP Material) across all target countries to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Execution at the Point of Sale (POS) : Identify best practices and optimize merchandising strategies to increase visibility and drive sales.

Efficient Collaboration : Foster collaboration between Category and Sales teams to streamline processes and improve communication, ensuring a unified approach to market execution.

Key Trade and Shopper Programs : Define and manage key programs that drive sell-out while overseeing the Commercial Calendar to ensure effective execution through distributors.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Preferably graduated in Administration or Marketing/Publicity.

Advanced English required.

MBA can be a difference.

Experienced in Customer Marketing and Sales.

Required advanced Excel skills.

+6 years of experience in commercial areas.
