As HR Analyst you will be part of the Colombian HR department, contribuiting mainly with recruitment and also with other duties related to talent management.
Tasks:
Execute the whole cycle of recruitment of operational and mid-seniority levels, striving for the entire organization success.
Setting up the job descriptions, reviewing talent needs, and following the recruitment standard process.
Follow up with the selected candidate after the placement.
Coordinate recruitment for all administrative roles within the Bogotá office and follows up on the decisions made by the hiring manager and HR Manager.
Create and apply non-standardized tests for different selection processes.
Analyze psychological tests when necessary.
Supervise that all the documentation provides during the hiring process is accurate and store in a proper manner along with the HR intern.
Creates contracts and addendums with the support of our legal advisors when need it.
Responsible for filling all the reports that include HR data: assignment health, monthly KPI's, sickness reports, the funnel of candidates, etc.
Establish a relationship of support with service delivery by always providing HR policies guidance and interpretation.
Supports all the efforts oriented to the well-being of our employees by being an example and a positive influencer of our culture and values.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Psychology or related field.
Minimun 1 year experience in recruitment, experience in massive recruitment is a plus.
Social security and Colombian labor law knowledge is a plus.
Health and safety knowledge is a plus.
English communication skills (B2+)
