Position: IT Recruiter
Location: Colombia
Work Mode: Remote
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in the recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying top talent in global markets.
Requirements:
2+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in an offshore or international (US & Canada) setting. Infrastructure Tech recruiting is ideal.
Strong understanding of global talent acquisition processes.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Job Diva.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in recruiting for tech roles is preferred.
Wanting to grow in the positions and develop their skills.
