Para Skechers Perú buscamos IT Support Specialist (Técnico de Soporte Informático).
Entre sus principales responsabilidades estarán:

Brindar Soporte Técnico a diferentes necesidades como: Instalación de servidores y estaciones de trabajo, telefonía IP, redes de comunicaciones, visita fuera de oficina. • Soporte remoto y presencial al Centro de Distribución, Oficina Corporativa y Tiendas Skechers para Colombia y LATAM según sea necesario. • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de Hardware y software de Evaluación, Inventario, Servidores, Redes, Office, DC y Tiendas. • Seguimiento y documentación de Tickets abiertos de TI (Software, hardware, proyectos y nuevos requerimientos) • Instalación y configuración de aplicaciones a nivel de servidor, estación de trabajo y dispositivo móvil. • Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores tanto nacionales como extranjeros. • Control de inventarios de hardware y software • Participar en proyectos locales y para países de Latam. • Proporcionar información para el resto de áreas. • Control de costos
