The position

As a Marketing Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:

Support the development of the strategy and monitor execution through management indicators.
Ensure the tracking, optimisation, and compliance with the area’s budget.
Analyse brand performance data.
Actively participate in the Brand Team.
Collaborate in the development, approval, and tracking of materials for various stakeholders.
Lead special projects, including those related to Patient Journey, Multi-channel, and Scientific Societies.
Coordinate logistics and participation in events organised by Scientific Societies.
Support the coordination of internal trainings and activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering is a must.
Previous experience in commercial or marketing projects or initiatives.
Intermediate level of English is a must.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams).
Project Management skills.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and follow-up skills.
Cross-functional collaboration skills.
Knowledge in digital marketing is desirable.

You will join our team in Colombia, where we have two positions available: one for the Diabetes Team and another for the Rare Diseases Team.
