Tu objetivo será generar y asegurar la prescripción de vacunas de adultos del portafolio de GSK a cargo, implementando la estrategia de marketing, técnica de ventas y las directrices promocionales con los diferentes stakeholders.


Tus responsabilidades:
Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

• Generar estrategias acceso/comercial y hacer seguimiento a la implementación en campo para lograr soluciones end-to-end desde el abordaje estratégico de cuentas clave.
• Implementar de manera adecuada la estrategia de marketing y la técnica de ventas GSO en cada visita con los médicos, para garantizar su engagement con el portafolio de vacunas.
• Construir, revisar y actualizar de manera periódica el panel médico según targeting y segmentación establecidos para la línea de vacunas
• Cumplir con calidad los KPI y los resultados definidos por el negocio de vacunas de manera sostenible, con base en las políticas y procesos de cumplimiento interno de GSK.
• Planear mensualmente los stakeholders (Médicos, enfermeras y administrativos) a impactar en cada ciclo, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes canales.
• Ejecutar diariamente la planeación realizada, garantizando promedio día, cobertura, frecuencia y canal. “In Power 2.0”
• Hacer uso diario de las herramientas entregadas por marketing a través del blue print, con el propósito de generar engagement con los diferentes médicos impactados, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de cada uno de ellos.
• Garantizar tener al día los entrenamientos y el conocimiento de lo establecido en la Políticas y Procedimientos de GSK.

Para alcanzar nuestras metas estamos buscando perfiles con las siguientes características:

• Profesional Universitario en carreras del área comercial, administrativa, ingeniería, salud, economía o afines
• Conocimiento en el sistema de salud colombiano
• Preferentemente conocimientos del mercado de vacunas de adultos
• Experiencia en múltiples especialidades de pacientes adultos (médicos internistas, reumatólogos, etc.) y preferentemente haber participado en lanzamiento de productos.
• Manejo avanzado del paquete office
• Disponibilidad para viajar , con base en Bogotá.

Se valorarán perfiles con gran capacidad de adaptación, aprendizaje y orientación a resultados.
