What you’ll do:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will carry out selection processes for the Andean Region and other LATAM countries, in order to fulfill our mission of having the right person in the right place, using your strategic point of view and acting in accordance with our internal procedures, corporate policies and evaluating tools. If you have great organizational and analytical skills, can easily communicate and establish relationship with others, and can adapt quickly and efficiently to changes in your environment, this position is meant for you! In detail, you will:

Execute and coordinate recruitment and selection activities in Latin America, aiming to ensure great experiences for internal and external candidates as well as the hiring managers;

Guarantee that the selection processes in Latin America are carried out in compliance with corporate recruitment policy, promoting equal opportunities of development for Electrolux candidates;
-
Set up Briefing Meetings, and, alongside Hiring Manager, People Partners and People Business Partners, define behavioral and technical skills needed, acting as a reference point for job market knowledge;

Contribute to development and implementation of employer branding initiatives;
-
Compose and publish Job Ads for selection processes, in accordance with the global template, aiming to attract the best talent;

Train Hiring Managers in competence-based interview techniques;
-
Manage outsourced hiring and selection agency activities as needed, evaluating, proposing new partnerships, and taking preventive and corrective action over improvement opportunities;

Represent Latin America in global projects and selection processes.

Who you are:
You have:

Bachelor’s degree;
-
Experience with all stages of the recruitment process;

Intermediate Office skills;
-
Advanced English (Portuguese is a plus).
