Join Roche Service & Solutions as a Finance Expert - General Accounting Tax Integration in the Global Business Process Management (BPM) Organization. Your mission: Drive global harmonization, standardization, and automation in General Accounting within the Record to Report process, including global deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design state-of-the-art processes across divisions.
  
• Make empowered decisions aligned with global BPM guardrails.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Commercials, Supply Chain, and IT.
  
• Support SAP S4/HANA template deployment.
  

What You'll Do:

• Implement the E2E BPM strategy.
  
• Deliver solutions in line with global strategies and regulations.
  
• Drive continuous improvements and process acceptance across divisions.
  
• Achieve lean, standardized processes with metrics for success.
  
• Govern process changes and ensure robust execution.
  

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  
• 3 - 7 years of experience in BPM, IT, Finance, Tax, or related areas.
  
• Expertise in SAP Tax solutions and SAP FI/CO, Procurement.
  
• Methodological skills (BPM, Six Sigma, Agile) and an agile mindset.
  
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%).
