The Position
As a Contract Strategy Implementation (CSI) Analyst, you will manage end-to-end contract operations for various customers, including providers, pharmacies, wholesalers, payers, pharmacy benefit managers, and government accounts. End-to-end contract operations responsibilities include but are not limited to contract setup, membership management, and customer payment administration while ensuring quality, consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
In this role, CSI Analysts regularly collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders and customers via meetings, initiatives, and strategic projects. Key Responsibilities:

Translate contract terms into operational solutions.
-
Setup and maintain detailed contract information in systems.
-
Research and validate customer information for program eligibility.
-
Resolve customer requests and stakeholders’ inquiries.
-
Calculate, validate, and process customer payments.
-
Communicate contract and program details to stakeholders and customers.
-
Develop and deliver training on contracting procedures, contracting strategies and systems.
-
Establish and report on performance metrics.
-
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree is required.
-
2+ years of experience in commercial functions (e.g., operations, contracting, strategy implementation, customer experience).
-
Proven ability to work in a complex, customer-focused environment with tight deadlines.
-
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
-
Effective influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Strategic thinking with an analytical and solutions-driven mindset.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Curiosity, active listening, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Open-minded and inclusive, receptive to feedback, and willing to share ideas.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, Google Suite applications, experience with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in managed care and/or government contract operations, contract administration, strategy implementation or financial analysis in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or related industry.

Knowledge of managed care, healthcare industry, or US government programs.
-
Knowledge of CRM, revenue management systems and reporting tools that support contract operations.
-
Project management experience and familiarity with project management techniques.
-
Experience with designing and creating digital customer-facing tools and accelerating digital innovation.
