The Position

Join Roche as a Senior Financial Cost Accountant Expert and ensure financial compliance through standardized finance processes. Drive innovation in financial accounting to enhance performance measurement at our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute month-end close activities and standard cost/inventory analysis.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
Support cross-functional standardization efforts.
Assist Finance Business Partners with analyses and projects.
Facilitate internal and external audits.
Ensure high data quality, process governance, and global coordination.

What You Bring to Our Team:

Broad Knowledge: Expertise in product costing, manufacturing finance, and operations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to organize complex data into actionable information.
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years in corporate finance.
- Proficiency in ERP system SAP.
- Manufacturing finance experience.
- Preferred: Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Strong cost analysis and cost controlling expertise.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Accountability and prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to navigate and liaise within a complex organization.
- Fluent in English.
