Key Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end close activities and standard cost/inventory analysis.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
  
• Support cross-functional standardization efforts.
  
• Assist Finance Business Partners with analyses and projects.
  
• Facilitate internal and external audits.
  
• Ensure high data quality, process governance, and global coordination.
  

What You Bring to Our Team:

• Broad Knowledge: Expertise in product costing, manufacturing finance, and operations.
  
• Analytical Skills: Ability to organize complex data into actionable information.
  
• Experience:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
    
  • 3+ years in corporate finance.
    
  • Proficiency in ERP system SAP.
    
  • Manufacturing finance experience.
    
  • Preferred: Experience working with cross-functional teams.
    
• Skills:
  
  • Strong cost analysis and cost controlling expertise.
    
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
