Role Responsibilities:
  • Managing reporting & analysis projects, including research, design/development, testing, post-implementation review and everything in between.
  • Remaining customer-focused by ensuring the customer input is considered in the design phase.
  • Measuring and reporting data, including metrics and Key Performance Indicators to help improve our customer experience.
  • Communicating between departments and performing other duties to support the wider team will allow you to contribute to responsibilities including strategic project tracking, reporting, and presentations.

Role Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and writing SQL statements for different database clients (SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle). Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Experience with visualization tools (e. g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with reporting tools would be an advantage.
  • Strong problem solving, prioritization and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
