3M is seeking a Customer Account and Data Analyst. This position will be located in Belen, Heredia as part of our Global Service Center in Costa Rica. If you are looking for a career in an open, creative, passionate environment and would like to participate in creating something new - apply today!
Data Steward Job Description
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Ownership of Customer Master Data for assigned 3M accounts.
  • Provide data governance for updates and accomplish compliance rules.
  • Work closely with other 3M teams to communicate attribute changes.
  • Manage request cycle time within standard service level agreement.
  • Understand the processes and standards in place to effectively and accurately manage data.
  • Understand upstream and downstream implications of customer data changes.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for receiving work requests and communicating with Requestors.
  • Able to follow directions & Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Understand and act on team priorities.
  • Constantly communicate status in both verbal and written forms.
  • Understand End to End process and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  • Participate in sox compliance audits.
  • Ability to run and create reports.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of experience in Customer Data / Master Data
  • Must have Portuguese (B2) and English (B2+)
  • Ability to articulate/demonstrate complex reasoning skills
  • Detail oriented/accurate and thorough
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Proficient using and working in Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel)
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow documented instructions is highly required
  • Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce and AS400 experience
  • Customer service experience
