Objective:
As a Customer Experience Coordinator for the Partner Experience (Cx), you will be working to develop effective processes, overseeing activities, interacting with surgeons, distributors and stakeholders that impact the partner journey, and measuring the overall success of initiatives that support our global commercial growth plan from a customer/partner-centric point of view.

Objective:
As a Customer Experience Coordinator for the Partner Experience (Cx), you will be working to develop effective processes, overseeing activities, interacting with surgeons, distributors and stakeholders that impact the partner journey, and measuring the overall success of initiatives that support our global commercial growth plan from a customer/partner-centric point of view.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure that our GBC customer-centric programs align with company goals.
- Execute activities, new processes, or assets to help support the continuous improvement of each customer-centric program.
- Drive and support the implementation of new technologies that will help optimize processes within each program.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of survey initiatives that support our Voice of the Customer Program.
- Develop key performance indicators and metrics to track each program's progress and effectiveness.
- Foster positive team relations and contribute to the organization’s growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of each program deliverable.
- Analyze program data, report findings regularly, and share recommendations with the business.
- Hold commercial and other stakeholders accountable for their contributions to the program's ROI (Return on Investment).
- Support any tactical activities the program may require as a backup in the absence of another GBC contributor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in a comparable customer-supporting role
- Project Management Certification - Desirable
