- Manage and oversee daily operations related to customer and material master data.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment processes.

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- Maintain and update customer and material master records.
- Monitor order processing to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide training and support to junior team members.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
