The ideal candidate will understands the lifecycle of data from ingestion to fulfillment, lifelong learner, and a team player, familiar with regulatory requirements, and has managed data in the marketing or Fin Tech industry. You will manage the data purchased by Experian, ensuring its receipt, performance per contract, and adherence to Experian security and compliance policies. Examine quality reports regarding the integration of acquired data into Experian's Consumer View compilation database, ensuring quality and quantitative measures are met, and researching when they are not. Report on the extracting of data from Consumer View that is used to create several Experian products. Ensure data is loaded to the fulfillment systems and tract its receipt by other Experian verticals. Main responsibilities include: Reviews and analyzes acquired data to ensure compliance to technical specifications, legal requirements and company standards as defined in the contract. Schedule and monitors automated data conversion and electronic data transmissions. Move data among multiple platforms when needed for research. Validates quality of data loaded to several Targeting fulfillment systems. Ensure that source data is received according to contracted schedule, and reviews exceptions to automated quality control processed and data is loaded to Consumer View. Support the import and export of data files from supported platforms. Work with team to troubleshoots data problems and perform Data Quality checks. Work with data suppliers and internal business partners in multiple departments to coordinate problem resolution for data errors. Utilize Alteryx, Oracle to evaluate data. Analyze data processing reports. Work with department staff to ensure data retention. Ensure documentation exists for sources and procedures they are responsible for. Help research data problems and implementation of fix and ongoing prevention controls.

- 2+ years of data management
- Experience with US-based data (address, name, other attributes)
- Experience using JIRA, and Excel (can perform complex functions) is required
- Knowledge of Oracle, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL and ETL
- Experience in Ad Tech or Marketing Services
