Position Summary: Support audit operations and give office assistance.

Education and Certification Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor all activities of the scheduler (operations coordinator) related to the creation of customers and system audits, as well as improvements related to the process.
- Monitor the scheduling process and identify improvements such as logistical use, allocation of auditors and adverse situations that impact the operation
- Monitor all post-audit activities (operations coordinator) related to the issuance of certificates, participation letters, audit reports, among others, and process improvements.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Identify the need for process flows and coordinate the realization with the team.

- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to handle stress
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. Strong ability to lead our core values
Education and Certification Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
