British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for an Order to Cash Junior Analyst (Reconciliations) in Costa Rica
Your key responsibilities will include
- Handle multiple customer accounts for reconciliation collection efforts.
- Direct management with the end market for adjustments and request.
- Monitoring and compensation of product returns nationwide.
- Creating and maintaining proactive working relationships with the EM and other finance teams.
- Proactive Customer relationship building, continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
What are we looking for?
- Currently studying or graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge in Accounts Receivable (OTC) under Business-to-Business space.
- English – Intermediate level.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships both internally and externally. Be a great teammate to achieve departmental targets.
