Works within the P2P tower to deliver finance services. Accountable for delivering services to the service levels agreed with customers. Develops, implements and maintains the financial plans and policies of the organization. Establishes fiscal controls, prepares financial reports, maintains relations with investment and banking communities, advises management on financial affairs and assists in long-range planning. Responsibilities may include accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections.
This position will resolve low to medium complexity requests related to Ops and Compliance team including Controls, AP Recoveries, Audits support, Cards and Vendor Master.

This position will resolve low to medium complexity requests related to Ops and Compliance team including Controls, AP Recoveries, Audits support, Cards and Vendor Master.
Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- Provide timely P2P support to internal users or supplier’s related to P2P Processes, specifically for Operations and Compliance team.
- Execute, guarantee and monitor the correct flow of the process for tasks related to AP Recoveries as needed, such as claims management and any other AP Recoveries task that will be needed.
- Supports L1 Monitoring process and the auditor to comply with L2 requirements as needed and the inputs to the external and internal financial audits.
- Consistently applies accounting policies which are appropriate to the current business environment.
- Support Cards and Ops activities: BSR- Vendor Recons, Cards Payments, Rejected Payments etc.
- Work on Continuous improvement initiatives.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- Degree or University in progress (Business, Finance, Accountancy or Economics).
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills in English (B1+, B2), able to communicate to internal and external users/contacts and resolve cases, provide input as needed.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel knowledge.
- Minimum of 2-year previous shared service center experience, focused on Accounting or AP Recoveries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with P2P Operations (including Accounting, Journal Entries, Documentation).
- Basic to intermediate Portuguese.
- Ideally experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic of SAP, Power BI or Lean Six Sigma experience or knowledge.
