British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Analyst in Heredia

Your key responsibilities will include:

Communicate with suppliers and requisitioners regarding purchase order information to resolve invoicing issues to ensure timely payment.
Purchase Order creation, closing, and other modifications in SAP (delivery dates, price, quantities).
Coordinate vendor data updates with the Master Data team.
Stakeholder management through clear and precise communication (email and Teams meetings).
Metric report creation in Excel.

What are we looking for?

Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
Advanced English level.
Proficient computer skills specifically SAP and Microsoft Office Package.
2 years of experience in procurement or similar roles (Desirable).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain smooth, cooperative working relationships.
