Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Perform activities relating to sourcing process as directed by Strategic Sourcing Manager.
• working in conjunction with the project manager
• Develop the requirements of Request For Proposal (RFP) by researching information on vendors, pricing, baseline by spending pool and other relevant information.
• Coordinate the preparation of RFP package, release to vendors, collection and summarization of proposal data.
• Prepare and present recommendation for approval.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports of the spend and savings.
• Ensure compliance in all of the sourcing process as per guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of data.

Professional Skills Required

• 3 years industry experience in general administrative role
• Souricng & Procurement experience is required
• Sourcing Project negotiations experience is a nice to have
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Advanced English is required
