Detailed Job Responsibilities
Professional Skills Required

- Perform activities relating to sourcing process as directed by Strategic Sourcing Manager.
- working in conjunction with the project manager
- Develop the requirements of Request For Proposal (RFP) by researching information on vendors, pricing, baseline by spending pool and other relevant information.
- Coordinate the preparation of RFP package, release to vendors, collection and summarization of proposal data.
- Prepare and present recommendation for approval.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports of the spend and savings.
- Ensure compliance in all of the sourcing process as per guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data.
Professional Skills Required
- 3 years industry experience in general administrative role
- Souricng & Procurement experience is required
- Sourcing Project negotiations experience is a nice to have
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Advanced English is required
Behavioral Skills Required
- Team work
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Orientation to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
