• Lead complex projects in an efficient manner to accelerate adoption within our team
• Establish and maintain an operational rhythm across various teams
• Quality and productivity tracking on area continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with pillar leaders to align documentation, process maps, and communication templates
• Workfront Access management, training & education (with support from capability team)
• Champion work and capacity management through both current and future solutions
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and corresponding system optimizations within Adobe Workfront (analyze user feedback and system data to identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency and user experience)
• Collaborate with technical teams, project manager and pillar leads to ensure successful implementation of changes and enhancements within Adobe Workfront.
• Assist in testing, data management, system enhancements, and deployment activities.

• Experience with Adobe Workfront (or another similar marketing work management tool)
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Collage or bachelor’s degree with specialization in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT related discipline.
• English C1

• Strong cross functional collaboration
• Experience with handling data and information in different systems
• Problem solving, trouble-shooting and analytical skills
• Strong technical skills including understanding of software development principles
