• Ensure the website is built to allow for easy crawling and indexing by search engines
• Develop technical and on-page SEO strategies; collaborate with developers and designers to implement throughout the development and design process
• Assess, monitor, and manage organic performance in collaboration with paid search.
• Perform regular audits of our web presence to identify and fix technical issues impacting SEO performance
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and technologies, and making recommendations for continuous optimization of our web presence
• Being a voice for SEO importance and best practices among developers, designers, and content creators
• Proactively provide organic search optimization for architectural and technical layers of the digital marketing platform based on customer or user generated feedback
• Provide dashboards and analysis of 3m.com search effectiveness and action optimization items.
• Actively monitor the quickly evolving landscape of search engines. Communicate impact of the same to business teams.
• Collaborate with critical teams within the organization to maximize the value of search strategies.

• Minimum 2+ year’s technical SEO experience
• B1+ English level
• Knowledge of SEM Rush, Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console tools
• Tactical/Technical implementation experience in working with multiple complicated sites and migration of sites
• Strong Presentation and Communication skills

• Experience creating strategy or resolving SEO issues in Java Script a plus
• Awareness of AI principles and functionality as well as potential uses in relation to SEO
