Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee technical projects across infrastructure and cybersecurity domains. This role requires a strong background in technical project management, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring project milestones are met. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver skilled in using Share Point, JIRA, and MS Excel to drive project success and maintain clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Develop, monitor, and update project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon standards and deliverables.

• Facilitate team meetings, scrums, and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed.

• Use JIRA for project tracking and reporting and Share Point for document management and team collaboration.

• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address project roadblocks proactively.

• Prepare progress reports for leadership, providing data-driven insights on project performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in infrastructure or cybersecurity.

• Proficiency in Share Point, JIRA, and MS Excel for project management, reporting, and data analysis.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities and resources effectively.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
