Role Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is collections. Under minimum supervision, contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
• Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• May answer inquiries and resolve problems.
• Requires extensive knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
• May require advanced problem solving.
• Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

Role Requirements

• High school education required, Bachelor's degree desired.
• Excellent English required, writing, and speaking.
• Advanced excel is a plus.
• 3 years of service industry or relevant experience is desired.
• Collections experience is desired.
• Strong Teamwork.
• Open for provide and receive feedback.
• Capacity to work under pressure.
• Ability to adapt quickly.
• Proactive personally and change agent mentality.
