What You Will Achieve
Once the selection and hiring process is completed, colleagues will have needs, inquires, and requests and,
even though Pfizer’s model has a strong sense of self service, we realized there are still moments when a
colleague will need assistance by another colleague, and this is where the Core HR Services comes to life.
The Core HR Services Team is key to support on administrative tasks enabling to have the best People
Experience and Compensation & Benefits teams, focused on the most strategic scope of Human Resources to
serve our colleagues.
Qualifications

Must-Have

• 1-3 Years experience in HR Operations processes or related fields

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Fluent in English

• Fluent in Portuguese or French

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Human Resources system experience.

• Case management system experience.

• Continuous improvement mindset.

• Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a fast-paced changing environment.

• Positive, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

• High sense of collaboration, proactivity, initiative, problem solving and critical thinking.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal Portuguese or French communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Workday experience.

• Service Now experience.

• LATAM region experience on HR Operations.

• Shared services environment experience.
