CBRE is seeking a Sr. Project Manager at Grecia, Alajuela
This role requires a professional with a proven ability to complete projects on scope, time, and budget while adhering to QA/QC processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in communication, organization, time management, risk management, change management, and leadership, aligning project objectives with the organization's strategy and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
CBRE is seeking a Sr. Project Manager at Grecia, Alajuela
This role requires a professional with a proven ability to complete projects on scope, time, and budget while adhering to QA/QC processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in communication, organization, time management, risk management, change management, and leadership, aligning project objectives with the organization's strategy and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage assigned projects to successful completion.
- Provide feedback and support to general contractors.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including budget and resource allocation.
- Facilitate weekly project meetings and maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Refine project budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering skill development and collaboration.
- Analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Advise and support other managers to enhance project management processes.
Requirements:

- Over 10 years of experience, particularly developing projects for the Medical Industry
- PMP certification is preferred but not essential.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
