• Taking over responsibility for the day-to-day financial/ accounting transactions
• Driving the implementation of local financial processes
• Coordinating and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
• Working cross-functionally with HR and other departments
• Participating in challenging international finance projects
• Providing support and expertise to our boutiques in Prague
• Internal communication with the Paris headquarters and close cooperation with German colleagues within our zone
• Contributing your own suggestions and project work

• University degree in business administration, accounting, a related field or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in a comparable position
• Professional experience in finance and accounting with international accounting standards (IFRS)
• Proficiency in using accounting and financial software, knowledge of AX Dynamics or Navision would be an asset
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Team player with positive attitude, flexibility and stress resistance
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
• Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; Polish, German or French would be a plus
• Proficiency in handling MS-Office
