• Hands-on management of all accounting transactions and reconcile accounts
• Provide both disciplinary and professional leadership for organizationally assigned employees, operating within the defined competence regulations
• Implement personnel measures in close coordination with superiors, Human Resources, and, if applicable, the works council
• Continuously refine and optimize organizational processes within your area of responsibility to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness

• At least 5+ experience in accounting and financial reporting within the leading or senior expert role
• High education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in accounting or finances
• Practical experience with SAP software solution
• Professional background in monthly closing processes, and annual statement closing
• Previous experience with participating in audits and communicating with communicating with tax authorities
• Good knowledge of Czech and English languages
