Your mission:

Becoming a Scrum Master in Pricefx means accepting full focus on helping others get things done, as a scrum master themselves doesn’t write requirements or code or test plans. Scrum master communicate, coordinate, and facilitate, doing whatever it takes to help the team deliver what’s asked of them.

You will be in charge of:

• Making sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope
• Helping the Product Owner maintain the product backlog
• Facilitating Scrum events as needed
• Helping to remove obstacles to the developers’ progress
• Coaching the development team in self-organization
• Keeping the project stakeholders up to date on the progress of the scrum team project.

What should you have to succeed:

• Fluent English
• 3+ years of experience with Scrum Master
• You possess strong knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks (Kanban)
• Scrum Master certification would be a strong plus
• Ability to adapt in agile environment
• Open-minded personality and excellent communication

• Prague, Hradec Králové, Ostrava, or any other location in the Czech Republic
