Job description & summary

This role demands a strategic leader capable of steering our Pharma/Healthcare business towards innovative solutions that address regulatory and compliance challenges on a global scale, through the creation of new services and products.

• Collaborate with our Internal Pw C network and Sales team to identify opportunities in the Pharma/Healthcare industry, focusing on the development of innovative regulatory and compliance services and products with a global reach.
  
• Utilize insights from diverse markets to identify gaps and develop strategic plans for services and products that address complex global regulatory and compliance challenges.
  
• Engage with Pharma/Healthcare professionals and stakeholders from different regions to understand varying regulatory and compliance requirements, informing our innovation strategy.
  
• Provide leadership in the formulation and execution of projects, ensuring they meet international standards and anticipate the evolving landscape of the global Pharma/Healthcare industry.
  
• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring your team's initiatives align with international Pharma/Healthcare regulatory trends and prepare for future industry shifts.
  
• Drive marketing initiatives to promote our commitment to elevating Pharma/Healthcare regulatory standards worldwide through new services and products.
  
• Maintain comprehensive records of strategic initiatives and project progress within the Pharma/Healthcare sector, focusing on the innovation of regulatory and compliance services and products.
  
• Build and nurture relationships within the global Pharma/Healthcare community, leveraging these connections to gain insights into unmet needs and emerging challenges, thereby guiding our development strategy for new services and products.
  
• Lead and manage a diverse team with a focus on crafting innovative regulatory and compliance services and products for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
  

Requirements of the role

• University Degree
  
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated
  
• Proven track record from pharmaceutical business, worked in management positions. Health Care Transparency Reporting & Regulation is an advantage
  
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales approach
  
• Working knowledge of business systems including Salesforce
  
• Experience & proven ability to develop and manage pipeline
  
• Proven success in developing proposal, negotiations master service agreements and closing new business opportunities
  
• Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak language
