The Human Capital department is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Pw C Prague HR team. The HR Business Partner will help our teams in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm values and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm-wide success in the marketplace.

Job description & summary:

• Strategic Partnering with Pw C TLP (Tax, Legal and People Services) leadership and managing the whole employees´ lifecycle in TLP (250 FTEs).
  
• Providing strategic advice to Leadership on people related matters and maintaining relationships with business leaders.
  
• Executing Annual performance evaluations and management of annual appraisal meetings.
  
• Driving Manpower, capacity planning, Staff cost budgeting and forecasting.
  
• Annual Salary review consultation and execution based on the Salary benchmark.
  
• Close cooperation with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to be the HR single point of contact for the HR matters in TLP.
  
• Communication and reporting to the CEE regional team related to HR matters.
  
• People survey mapping and action plans execution.
  
• Reporting of HR data.
  
• Global Mobility coordination incl. International transfers planning.
  
• Solving labor law issues, consultancy on HC strategies, policies, and practices.
  
• Project management and participation in transformation of HR processes.
  

Requirements of the role:

• University degree
  
• At least 2 years as the HR Business Partner or similar roles in large global companies. Experience in a financial or consulting environment is an advantage.
  
• Proficient in English and Czech/Slovak (written and spoken).
  
• Knowledge of local HR agenda including labor law.
  
• HR focus with a proven track record of achieving challenging performance targets.
  
• Stress management and ability to work with priorities.
  
• Stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
