Responsibilities of Customer Support Specialist (CSS)
As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility is to serve as the primary link between our customers and our product. You will engage with our customers daily, either through the helpdesk or via phone, to help them solve their problems. This may involve investigating the root cause of the issue or actively listening to customers to better understand their situation and provide the most effective solution. You eagerly listen to customer needs and hungrily seek solutions.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility is to serve as the primary link between our customers and our product. You will engage with our customers daily, either through the helpdesk or via phone, to help them solve their problems. This may involve investigating the root cause of the issue or actively listening to customers to better understand their situation and provide the most effective solution. You eagerly listen to customer needs and hungrily seek solutions.
As a CSS, you get to:
- Communicate directly with our customers - key players in the real estate markets of Czech Republic and Slovakia. Understand customer needs, deliver promptly, and maintain high-quality communication.
- Be the ultimate owner of our customers' requests. You will guide them through our product and help them solve their problems.
- Cooperate closely with the product and Customer Success team. Advocate for customers' needs and ensure that our product meets market demands.

We look for…

Czech or Slovak speaker with an advanced level of English (B2). You have excellent communication skills in both languages.

University student, preferably at the Mgr. / Ing. stage of studies.

Part-time contractor (OSVČ) who can commit to approximately 100 hours per month. The compensation ranges from 150 to 170 CZK per hour, depending on mutual agreement and fit. We offer comprehensive administrative support to assist you in your role.

Customer ambassador. You advocate for our customers within our company and excel at managing customers' expectations.

Problem solver. Your main focus is understanding the customer's process and pain points. Your satisfaction comes from the value you deliver to the customer or from a problem you solved for them.
- Technology fan. You understand various IT tools well and can quickly orient yourself to the new ones. Previous experience with extensive use of other CRM or IT tool implementation is advantageous.
- Owner. You have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to deliver on assigned tasks.
- Open mind & Drive. You are open to taking and giving feedback to improve yourself and the company. You are constantly challenging the current status quo and looking for opportunities how to grow and improve.
- Flexibility. You have the excitement for fast-paced growth and the ability to resist the stress that comes with it.
