Dev Ops Team Leader
Do našeho týmu hledáme zkušeného Dev Ops Team Leadera, který dokáže posunout naši oblast Dev Ops na novou úroveň. Hledáme někoho s pokročilými znalostmi a zkušenostmi, který je schopen definovat strategii dalšího vývoje našeho Dev Ops týmu, navrhovat a realizovat kroky ke zlepšení a automatizaci procesů ve svěřené oblasti.
Co očekáváme:
Zkušenosti minimálně 3 roky (ideálně 5 let) praxe v oblasti Dev Ops.
Ideální kandidát/ka má za sebou zkušenosti z rolí jako Dev Ops Engineer, Platform Engineer, Build Engineer, Release Engineer, (Site) Reliability Engineer, Release Manager nebo Configuration Manager a zkušenosti s řízením týmu lidí.
Co očekáváme:

Leadership: Zkušenost s vedením lidí je velkou výhodou. Pokud je nemáte, měl/a byste alespoň vykazovat potenciál pro tuto roli.

Strategické myšlení: Schopnost navrhnout a implementovat strategii dalšího rozvoje Dev Ops oblasti.

Technické dovednosti: Nastavování CI/CD pipeline Práce s infrastrukturou jako kód (Ia C). Výborná znalost Ansible, schopnost nastavování aplikačního monitoringu a vyhodnocování aplikačních logů.

Zapálený a velmi aktivní tým Dev Ops, který plánujeme dále rozšiřovat.
Zajímavý technologický stack, u kterého neustále posouváme automatizaci a Ia C, který je postavený převážně na linuxových systémech.
Možnost ovlivnit a utvářet strategii a směřování Dev Ops oblasti v naší firmě.
