Your Mission:
As our Employer Brand&Culture Programs Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to promote Coca-Cola HBC as an exceptional place to work. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative branding strategies that resonate with potential candidates and engage our current employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with our corporate values and business goals.
- Enhance our internal culture by spearheading initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with schools, universities, and industry partners to showcase our company as a preferred employer and attract young talent.
