About Us
:
We are expanding our presence in the Czech Republic with a new office in Prague. As part of our Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, you will join a dynamic team that operates across Warsaw, Prague and Vienna, supporting growth throughout the territory. We specialize in providing cutting-edge Service Now solutions to help businesses optimize their operations, and we are looking for passionate, driven professionals to help us achieve new heights.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to be the first sales team member based in our Prague office. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales in the Czech Republic. You will have the unique opportunity to build our presence in a new market from the ground up, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to establish relationships, drive growth, and ensure long-term success with Service Now solutions.
You will produce new business sales revenue from a Saa S license model. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.

What you get to do in this role:
  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Czech Republic.
  • Serve as the local market expert, understanding trends and customer challenges to position our solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the market.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team based in Warsaw and Vienna to support overall growth objectives in the CEE region.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.)
  • Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how Service Now can help help their IT roadmap
  • Identify the right specialist/ support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Proficiency in Czech and English languages
  • Residency and right to work in Czech Republic, Prague
  • Sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
  • Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
  • Experience achieving sales targets
  • The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
