Requirements:
Must-Have:

• 3+ years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, with the ability to conduct comprehensive system audits across all company processes, including sales, manufacturing, marketing, finance, HR, and more.
• Experience with the Zoho ecosystem is a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage and analyze company business data and workflows.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Ability to dive deep into complex business processes and identify critical issues and gaps.

Will Be a Great Plus:

• Proficiency in using digital tools (Chat GPT, Google API, etc.) for problem-solving and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

Job Description:

• Plan and design the company's business authorization process and its subsidiaries ("projects") in agreement with the CEO.
• Coordinate designed business processes with company departments (Sales, Marketing, Production, Customer Care, Legal, Finance, HR, etc.).
• Implement designed projects in the Zoho platform.
• Provide support, administration, data consistency monitoring, system backup, and recovery.
• Control project timing, deadlines, budgets, and resources involved.
• Participate in joint meetings, status reports, answer feedback, and requests, and provide support and administration.
• Create reports, analytics, and dashboards for company stakeholders.
• Train and educate users of the Zoho system, including stakeholders and other staff.
• Spot and locate deviations in defined business processes and visualize them in Zoho.
• Provide the necessary infrastructure (personally or through subcontractors) to support the operability of the Zoho system, including IT infrastructure, third-party services, consultancy, etc.
