The care plan booking specialist is responsible for booking care plans accurate and on time. The contract bookings are crucial as they are the base for a correct invoicing into our ERP system. They also are the key instrument for the service from our customer support department.
You follow up on communication from customers when raising questions on the invoicing. You can respond in a correct and respectful way.
You interact with our internal sales team on the contracts and validate with our processing order team or financial team
You are located in BRNO Czech Republic

In this role, you will:

• Fulfill a quick and correct registration of the contracts in our CRM system
• You register all transactions in our CRM system and update the customer service status.
• You are responsible for invoicing to customers.
• You calculate reseller commissions linked to care plan contract.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• You have a bachelor degree in related field
• You are proficient in English. Knowledge of other European languages is considered as a plus.
• You have experience working in a customer service department.
• You have strong administration skills and you work very precise.
• You are customer-oriented and a teamplayer
