• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the VP, Head of Asset Management to design and implement portfolio strategies.
• Performance Accountability: Ensure the optimal performance of our operating portfolio.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer experiences and maintain strong communication with both local and corporate stakeholders.
• Revenue Growth: Identify and leverage additional revenue opportunities through Prologis value-added products and services.
• Adaptability: Embrace new initiatives with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners and internal teams.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, driving excellence in all areas of real estate and customer experience.

• Negotiation and Management: Utilize your negotiation and technical skills to ensure properties are well-maintained and serviced.

• Experience: 7+ years of demonstrable B2B customer relationship management experience.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with internal partners (leasing, legal, accounting, construction, etc.).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Decision-Making: Decisive and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to multiple properties.
• Knowledge: Understanding of property transactions, portfolio acquisitions, budgeting cycles, and service charges.
• Languages: Fluency in Czech or Slovak, and a good command of English.
• Innovation: Experience in implementing new initiatives and change management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work extended or flexible hours as business needs dictate.
