About Team City:
Team City is a powerful continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tool by Jet Brains, designed to automate the build, test, and release process, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Team City is primarily used by development and Dev Ops teams in our customers’ organizations.
Role overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth for Team City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies to accelerate the growth of Team City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, B2B marketing, and business development in the developer tooling space.
Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the growth strategy to increase customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, targeting both the enterprise and SMB customer segments.
• Lead a team of five professionals spread across marketing, business development, and customer-facing roles.
• Collaborate with product, development, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize business and customer metrics.
• Report on key growth and marketing metrics and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a growth or marketing-focused role, preferably in a tech or developer tooling company.
• Experience in managing and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops and/or developer tools is a plus.
