The main focus of your job will be:

• Organisation and control of daily cleaning of rooms and public areas
• Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and tidiness to Mandarin Oriental standards
• Communicating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth running of operations
• Administrative activities related to the operation of the department

• Previous experience in a similar position (ideally in a luxury hotel)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail orientation and high quality
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level
