HR Associate Director Commercial CZ&SK

- Oversee all HR activities impacting employees and the organization, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
- Provides coaching and consultative support to management on leadership.
- Participating in the recruitment process, collaborating with the TA team, and ensuring a smooth onboarding of new employees.
- People development by ensuring support and guidance of line managers to build and maintain a powerful talent pipeline for the business.
- Lead the annual salary review process across both countries, manage calibration meetings, and oversee employee administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, regularly update HR SOPs, monitor attendance, and manage payroll closing with accurate data input and approvals.
- Serve as the main contact for authorities like social security, tax offices, labor inspectors, and other legal bodies.
- Focus on operation excellence by assuring the use of best practice and delivering figures on total labor cost.
- OHS initiatives and ensure organizational compliance, including workshops and team communication.
- Manage and update employee benefit systems.
- Vendors management from both a strategic and administrative perspective.
- Ensure all legal health and safety requirements are met, including arranging training and monitoring compliance.
- Participation in internal communication within the organization.
- Responsibility for leading and developing two direct reports: the HRBP in Slovakia and the Facility Manager for CZ/SK.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role.
- Czech/Slovak and English language fluency.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance, especially in the Czech environment, Slovak is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing cross-border HR operations is an advantage.
- Ability to manage complex HR processes and a high-volume workload.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
