Zodpovědnosti:

• Communication and negotiations of commercial terms including prices, lead time & delivery terms with suppliers.
• Adhere to sourcing guidelines, principles, policies and standard operation procedures, report any deviation to the front-line manager Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager.
• Responsible of new supplier’s introduction including commercial assessment, market intelligence, analysis, due diligence, coordinate with quality on initial supplier quality assessment (if needed) & financial assessment.
• Report bi-weekly spend & saving progress to the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager.
• Provision of commercial advice and management of a range of sourcing activities with a long term view of spend management.
• Close cooperation with site functions including but not limited to Maintenance, Facility Management & Plant Management….etc, on sourcing requests of indirect materials.
• Management and development of the supplier base including market research.
• Support to develop commodity strategies with senior strategic sourcing manager & category managers.
• Lead contract negotiations incl. evaluation of contract performance.
• Monitor and manage the risks of supply base.
• Implement quality KPI´s and strategies on suppliers’ agreements, follow up and manage supplier performance improvement management programs.

Kvalifikace: Basic Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing company as a buyer with good track of successful projects & achievements.
• Pragmatic, Dynamic, Autonomous.
• Problem solving - identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Negotiation, critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Czech & English.
• MS 365, especially EXCEL.

• Driving License.
• SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or any related field.
