Introduction to role
Join our dynamic team as an Innovation Partner, where you will support cross-functional teams in the Czech Republic and Slovakia by identifying and addressing key business questions and problems through data analysis and insights. You will contribute to and influence the operational and strategic direction for our leadership team using both informal and formal communication channels. Your role will drive acceptance of change and utilization of available assets across the therapeutic areas.
Accountabilities
The Innovation Partner collaborates with medical, commercial, and disease area teams to address key business questions through data and lead cross-functional related projects. They ensure cohesive communication with local and global Astra Zeneca teams. The role involves analysing data to support decision-making, understanding medical data, and providing market deepdive analysis. The partner coordinate projects by bringing together collaborators, identifying potential risks, and promoting a results-focused approach. Additionally, they ensure Astra Zeneca’s digital advancement, align projects with national digitalization strategies, and understand the challenges within Oncology and Rare Disease. They report on innovative interventions, find opportunities, stay updated on upcoming products, and keep informed about data sources, sharing information and determining potential uses.

Essential Skills/Experience

University degree or equivalent experience

Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry or another relevant industry

Strong collaboration skills, team spirit, communication, and presentation skills

Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
