You support our team as

Logistics Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

Work closely with 3PL providers to establish clear communication channels
Collaborate on inventory planning, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics
Define KPIs for 3PL services and regularly evaluate them
Ensure compliance with warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, optimizing logistics processes
Monitor stock levels, reconcile data, and prepare annual budget
This position is located in Jirkov, near Chomutov

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/High school in Logistics or Business Management
6+ years of supervision experience in shipping and warehouse operations
Fluent in Czech and German languages
Intermediate knowledge of English
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Effective leadership abilities to motivate teams in 3PL
Proficient in managing warehouse-related projects
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Active driver - frequent traveling to Germany
