Your task at this position:
1. Complete the logistics process and product packaging of the company's new projects on time, and plan the dispatch and allocation of the company's goods;
2. Inquire and negotiate with freight forwarding companies to find high-quality suppliers;
3. Analyze and output various logistics management reports and be able to control the logistics cost budget and the risks in the flow of goods effectively;
4. According to customer requirements, be responsible for booking, dispatching trailers, making customs declaration documents (packing list, invoice, contract, customs declaration), making Euro countries’ customs clearance documents (packing list, invoice), etc.
5. Handle emergencies at work.
Our expectations from you:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of relevant work experience;
2. Strong communication skills, good digital and time management skills;
3. Familiar with ERP, SAP, Kingdee or similar system experience is preferred;
4. Familiar with common trade terms fob, cif, DDP/DAP, etc.
