About the team

Our Change Management team helps Pw C prepare for technology changes that directly impacts Pw C’s workforce and its client delivery system.It's a newly formed team within Pw C technology and has 5 members, mostly located in the US.

Job Description & Summary

• Focus on organizational change management
  
• Conducting an impact analysis, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders;
  
• Driving knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
  
• Applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to help optimize or facilitate a change initiative;
  
• Building plans to support the design, development, delivery and management of Change solutions, such as comms, training, stakeholder engagement, etc.;
  

Requirements of the role

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle;
  
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders and partners in Pw C;
  
• Experience in delivering projects with demonstrable business impact, preferably within a large-scale company
  
• Being a team player
  
• Great organizational skills, planning strategy and tactics;
