Main tasks & key responsibilities

• You will collaborate with international colleagues and department managers to create concepts and develop e Learning projects, in line with the needs of the business
• You will work with the Digital HR learning team to develop digital learning content
• You will support the set-up and administration of global e Learning courses in the Learning Management System (LMS) for the entire Lenzing Group
• You will maintain the LMS, and help implement new features in alignment with the Corporate Digital HR Learning Lead
• You will provide support to the wider Digital Learning team on an ad hoc basis

Your ideal profile

• You have a strong creative flair and a passion for video and photo editing tools, as well as enthusiasm for the field of learning & development; an affinity for systems and processes; good planning and organizational skills; and a structured, analytical approach
• You have good written and spoken English – ideally C1 (German language skills would be an advantage); and great communication skills
• You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud would be an advantage
• You have a good understanding of IT systems on a user level, and a basic understanding of interlinks between different IT systems
• You are self-motivated, adaptable and solution-oriented, with a can-do attitude, great attention to detail, the ability to work to a deadline, and a willingness to train and mentor
• You have a university degree (Business Administration, IT or any other related field) and 1-3 years of professional experience
