What will be your tasks?

• Contribute into the communication strategy development per each channel ensuring the best fit to categories' needs. Ensure further smooth and timely POS communication strategy deployment in the field maximizing the reach of the target audience.
• Enable the best fit TPOSM management process from visual development to placement to the POS ensuring ongoing process improvement and the new tools usage.
• Provide thorough analysis of Channels Plans on TPOSM placement against POS Communication Strategy, to ensure alignment with Initiatives developed per communication channel to effectively maximize the target audience reach via PM communication across different touch points.
• Deploy and further utilize the infrastructure and segmentation tools to facilitate the selection and activation from the TPOSM perspective ensuring the best reach vs. spendings by each trade channel.
• Ensure the operation of agencies involved in the distribution of TPOSM, rental of communication areas and providing AV technology.

Requirements:

• High school/University degree

- Czech or Slovak language is a must, English - Intermediate or higher

• PC literacy (MS Office applications, Outlook)
• Presentation, Communication and Analytical skills
• Project Managements skills: people activator with strong focus on results delivery (can do attitude is the must)
• Agility and strong business acumen
• Ability & capability to build and manage relations with key stakeholders (external & internal)
