What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Services i Xp Intern – Project Management & Communications
Location: Prague, Czech Republic



You will work with technical, business, and process content creating the appropriate messaging for effective learning. This enables our sales and support teams to be ready for new releases or new solutions.
You will learn about various business applications, processes, and deal motions – therefore gain a good understanding on how sales operate in a Cloud company.



Core tasks include:

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects by collecting and connecting information to identify relevant content.
  • Create, manage, and update relevant training materials - Learning Journeys
  • Enhance central knowledge “Share Point” to attract more attention/users.
  • Reporting- Track and monitor use/adoption of materials created.
  • Provide recommendations to create more impact of what we do.
  • You may contribute input and ideas for sprint projects to innovate around automation.

The right candidate is creative and knows how to easily connect with people. S/he is a good listener and fast learner, who can translate information into tangible, consumable assets.
In addition, you will bring:

  • Customer empathy – understanding what our audiences need to learn best
  • Project/Time Management skills – handling multiple topics in parallel
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good experience in creating communication assets – e.g. video creation, interactive Power Points, websites etc.
  • A can-do attitude
