About the Team:

What you can look forward to as Regional Product Manager:

• Product Portfolio Life-Cycle Management for Braking Product Lines of TRW brand
  
• Responsible to achieve the target product coverage and defined market launch of the products (Speed-to-market)
  
• Responsible for maintaining product master data for respective portfolio.
  
• Responsible for respective portfolio sales & margin in the region.
  
• Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans (incl Business Case) for respective portfolio to achieve defined KPI
  
• Be the voices of the regional market to define the commercial product requirements, to position product in the right customer segment for financial success.
  
• Support Operational Planning & Strategic Planning process in the regional respective portfolio.
  
• Collaboration in the creation of marketing materials and product differentiations
  

Your Profile as Regional Product Manager:

• University degree (business or technical area)
• Mid-term experience in product management, specification & development process
• Desirable Knowledge of ZF Products, footprint, structures and processes
• Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of Product Strategy targets
• Negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
• Drive for results and execution
